SMITE 11.8 crashing fix

AMD driver version 24.5.1 is more stable on patch 11.8. It solves all the crashing except the “fatal errors” and “garbage collection” crashes. However these are more rare. I have friends who only crash one or two times a day using nvidia gpu but their game doesn’t have a crash handler, just straight to desktop crash with no logs.

SSDMA Framework v1 has gotten over 100 hours over 3 weeks of love in refactoring the code for smoother and more reliable performance instead of porting it to v2. At this point I can say from my testing that v1 refactored is on par with v2 stability.

  • Rendering exception crashes were 50% chams and 50% amd driver. I have fixed the cham issue, it was not a game related update issue.

Performance uplifts have been significant and map hack only requires 1 thread now. The main feature loop is also more efficient on memory write commands sent to the dma card. It’s able to maintain the desired effect as slow as 10 millisecond intervals in testing. I will test slower intervals later but the menu has a slider that controls the millisecond intervals the code will run in case your PC is behaving different.
SSDMA Smite update is finalized and the loader will be uploaded to the DL links.
