LickTheGuns is the name of my project
Starbreeze actually did implement a basic anti-cheat even into single-player mode. It uses sanity checking combined with server-sided fields in most classes or structures. They also somewhat hid the weapon fields in multiple layers of pointless pointer piles that are not named what you would think. I don’t know if that was part of the plan or horrible program design.
I was stumped for a few hours trying to get everything working due to the sanity checking, I had been on the though trail of my code must be fucked. Nope, I was right code wise, just not picking the right magic numbers.
All primary weapon full-auto
increase bullets per individual shell fired, literally lags me with particles / impacts
No damage drop off range
Huge armor penetration like the overkill sniper rifle
Shoot through most of the map (sometimes it’s blocked on some surfaces)
